- Log in to the SleepIQ app. \n
- Select Bed. \n
- Open the settings gear icon (top right). \n
- Choose \"Need to baseline your bed?\" \n

- Log into your SleepIQ account at sleepiq.sleepnumber.com. \n
- Click Bed Control (top right). \n
- Click your bed’s name. \n
- Under Troubleshooting, click Baseline Bed. \n
Other things to check:\n
Is your internet service down? It is a 12 digit string of numbers and letters beginning with CC or 64.
If you like to inflate your bed to 100 in the morning, we recommend waiting 20 minutes after you get out of bed.\n
Your SleepIQ system can record multiple sleep sessions.\n\n

Give your bed 1-2 minutes to reboot. Although some sleepers were satisfied with their mattresses once they added an after-market topper (not necessarily from Sleep Number), others resented having to spend additional money or were annoyed that the topper didn’t stay put.
